Fresh maids is bunch of thieves

Do not use! Hired for move out cleaning on 5/21/21. The service was booked in advance and confirmed. The crew arrived 3 hours late and did a poor job. The crew was scheduled to arrive 8-10 am. I was told they were late and would be there by 3pm. They arrived close to 6pm. Since it was at night I couldnt thoroughly review work until next day. Major areas were missed. They did not bring a vacuum. Mopping of hard wood floors was sparse. Charge was $474. Contacted them on 5/22 to request that they complete many areas missed and did not get a response. DO NOT USE!

Stephen and his assistant were very nice and friendly. They did an excellent job. Although they were late because were hung up on a previous job, they communicated with us regularly to let us know when to expect them. They stayed late to finish the job. I will definitely use them again!!

Very professional - All work was completed as stated and they came back to make sure that it was done completely! Would recommend them for more projects in the future, they also did Power Wash and Trash removal as extra services, saving me time and expenses.

Do not hire this company for a one time clean. They do as little as possible. never cleaned the kitchen as promised, never cleaned the stove, refrigerator or range top . Never cleaned the master bath floor. I was told Steven would stop by after they were done to inspect their work but that never happened. I called to complain but he never returned my calls as promised. Paid for 21/2 hours of cleaning and got maybe one hour.

The customer service, timeliness, and sense of urgency from This company was great. When it came to the quality of work for a move-in cleaning, there were some aspects that were missed. I was expecting 3 people for the clean, as was told there would be 3 instead of 2 if I moved the time from Saturday to Friday. Additionally, I was told the team would clean the ceiling fans, but they were unable to do so as they did not have a ladder to reach these fans. We did it for them. Very nice cleaning team... Just a couple of issues that did not jive with what was discussed when I hired.

They were extremely helpful, took initiative, and were resourceful in implementing what I wanted done. They were wonderful.

I think they did a good job and were timely. But I think the type of cleaning I had done makes it hard to measure.
